Lee believes that the most important attributes a person needs to work in this industry are curiosity and empathy. Being curious keeps us fresh. Being empathetic helps us see the world through our clients’ eyes, and the eyes of the consumer. With over 20 years agency experience across Australasia, Lee is fascinated by what really makes people tick; and applies what he learns when developing brand, creative and communications strategies for clients. 

He has worked on clients as diverse as Coca Cola, Qantas, ANZ/National Bank, Canterbury Rugby, Kiwibank, Land Transport Agency, Orion Energy, Meridian Energy, Spark, 2 Degrees, University of Canterbury, MBIE, NZ Police, Meadow Mushrooms, Ngāi Tahu Property, TransDiesel, Canterbury Medical Research Foundation, NZGSE and Weta Workshop.

Not only has his work has been recognised at many international and domestic awards shows, but he has had the honour of being a judge at most of the big industry awards including Cannes Lions, Adfest, and Caples. In his spare time, Lee likes cooking, motorbikes, and being out and about in the countryside with his wife and two dogs, but not all at once.
