We partnered with Zip to establish a clear in-store customer journey and messaging matrix that focusses on attracting new customers, raising brand awareness, and converting existing users to use Zip at the point of purchase. Zip’s simplified branded point-of-sale collateral, with a refined message of ‘Zip it now, pay later’, has been rolled out across thousands of Australasian retail stores.
