Red Bull Music Academy is one of the biggest music events of the year. Up and coming artists from around the globe gather to collaborate and share their unique take on the creative process, while learning from famous musicians and mentors to help bring their productions to the next level.
This year the academy took place in our home city of Tokyo. Making this RBMA even more special was the commissioning of world-renowned architect, Kengo Kuma, to design the studios and spaces where the magic was to happen. Red Bull, one of our favorite clients, asked us to document this amazing project and Kuma-san gave us unprecedented access to his process and daily routine. The result: a film that explores the creative process of a true genius, against the backdrop of the creation of a fantastic space where creativity is, well…, created.
