Since 2007 Optimal Workshop has been empowering the user research industry, yet with the rapid uptake and recognition of design and a rapidly growing market of competitors, they were loosing recognition as the go-to solution.

However, with a recent restructure completed, a passionate and united team on board and a loyal customer community, the stars aligned and it was time to take Optimal Workshop to the next level.

The solution:
We partnered with Optimal Workshop to refresh the brand. Putting people at the heart of decisions, with the aim of improving brand awareness whilst helping create a seamless brand experience from end to end.

The execution:
We developed a brand that reflects the people of Optimal Workshop; full of real character and personality. A brand that looks past the obvious, making each and every interaction, surprising and unique.

Through strategic research we defined a purpose and vision, as creators of the best discovery tools for crafting better human experiences. Small things, like a customisable logo enable the people at Optimal Workshop to express themselves in their own special way.

The results:
In early 2022 Optimal Workshop announced a NZ$10m investment and have all the foundation in place to grow fast
